Pat Tate – Area Manager

Pat is a graduate civil engineer with over 30 years in the construction industry. He has worked in design and as a project engineer for underground construction across the western states. Pat was able to hone his skills in estimating, scheduling, quality control and safety. He has considerable experience managing multiple projects, subcontractor negotiations, and project administration. Pat is one of the former owners of the organization. He has great understanding of financial matters, contractual negotiations, and business development. We are proud to have Pat as part of our management team.

Nicolas Quall – Safety Director – Risk Management – Project Engineer

Nic is a recent graduate with a degree in Construction Management from Washington State University. His current duties include estimating, scheduling, material procurement, subcontracts, and production tracking. He also serves as our corporate safety director with oversight of our safety and accident prevention programs. He administers our general liability and workers compensation insurance programs. He is responsible for all injury and accident claim management as well as our DOT compliance.

Joe Bergren – Safety & Quality Control Manager

Joe has 25 years of construction experience as a laborer, equipment operator, foreman, and project manager. Joe has been involved with many of our wind farm projects throughout the western United States. Joe spent the first part of his construction career working on communication construction projects, and then moved on to civil construction (storm, sewer, water, and roadways). He holds multiple certifications on aspects of jobsite safety, and is a certified instructor for confined space entry and trench excavation. Joe is responsible for maintaining field compliance with all safety regulations, accident investigations, and training of employees. He also serves as our quality control manger. He performs quality audits, documents installations, and confirms that all work conforms to project specifications.

Jim Cooper – Senior Project Manager

Jim has 22 years of construction experience as a laborer, equipment operator, foreman and superintendent. Jim has managed our operations in the state of Alaska and has completed several large wind generation projects. He has decades of experience with cable plowing, trenching, pulling, and fiber blowing. He also has considerable experience working with rock sawing/trenching operations. Jim is one of the most experienced and accomplished project managers in our industry. He understands our customers needs and has the ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors simultaneously.

Terry Primley – Senior Project Manager

Terry has 20 years of construction experience; as a laborer, equipment operator, foreman, and superintendent. He has decades of experience with cable plowing, trenching, pulling, and fiber blowing. Terry managed the Embarq contract in the Gorge for 6 years. He is one of the most experienced and accomplished Project Managers in the industry. He understands our customers' needs and has the ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors simultaneously. Terry can take his projects from start to invoice.

Jacob Scarver – Project Engineer

Jacob is a recent graduate with a degree in civil engineering. He has experience working on communications and renewable energy projects. His primary role is to support the Project Manager, supervise operations in the field, maintain project schedules, material procurement, production tracking, and invoicing.

Ryan Kytola – Project Supervisor

Ryan has 15 years of construction experience as a laborer, equipment operator, foreman, and project manager. Ryan has a very strong background in telecommunication construction and has recently served as assistant project manager on renewable energy projects. He has considerable experience managing Buried Service Wire (BSW) installation contract crews for Qwest Communications. He also has played a critical role managing contract crews on the Verizon FIOS deployment in Oregon and SW Washington. He has experience with several proprietary construction contract management software systems (RAMS & NECTAS) with regards to work order distribution, as-builts, and invoicing.

Scott Robinson – Project Supervisor

Scott brings 34 years of construction experience as a laborer, equipment operator, foreman, and superintendent. He's proficient in manhole & conduit installations, cable plowing, trenching, pulling, and fiber blowing. He also has considerable experience with road construction and "On-Grade" utility installations, concrete finishing, and asphalt paving.

Dave Boeshans – Project Supervisor

Dave has 30 years of construction experience as a laborer, equipment operator, foreman, and superintendent. He's proficient in manhole & conduit installations, trenching, pulling, and fiber blowing. He also has considerable experience with road construction and "On-Grade" utility installations, concrete finishing, and asphalt paving.

Brian Edwards – Project Supervisor

Brian has 18 years of construction experience as a laborer, equipment operator, and foreman. He also is proficient in cable plowing, trenching, rocksawing, pulling, and fiber blowing. He has considerable experience working and RUS projects and also has basic copper cable splicing and termination skills.

Phillip Callahan – Project Supervisor

Phillip has 5 years of construction experience with RBC, prior to that he owned and operated a civil construction company. He began as an equipment operator for RBC and is capable of operating cable plows, excavators, backhoes, etc. He has a considerable amount of experience working on communication and electrical projects. He has served as an Assistant Project Manager, and was recently promoted to Project Supervisor. Phillip has experience working on projects in multiple states and is proficient on difficult operating environments.

Kevin Gates – Project Foreman

Kevin has a degree in construction management, and brings three years of experience in estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor management for a large general contractor. Kevin also has experience in grade staking, and phone and cable installation. He recently joined our team and is gaining experience in communications construction.

Dave Scanlon – Electrical General Foreman

Dave has 35 years experience in the electrical industry. He is a journey-level line foreman that has considerable experience on wind generation, transmission, and distribution projects. Dave's experience working with a large public utility and private contractors make him a safe and productive member of our team.

Tim Bloom – Project Foreman

Tim has 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has considerable experience on both civil and communications projects. Tim is proficient in all phases of trenching, pulling, and fiber blowing.

David Turner – Project Foreman

David has 15 years of construction experience as a laborer, equipment operator, and foreman. He also is proficient in cable plowing, trenching, pulling, and fiber blowing.

Mike Clark – Project Foreman

Mike has been with us for 6 years. He started as a laborer and has moved his way up to foreman in a short time due to his hard work ethic and his dedication to the project at hand. Mike now does our fiber blowing.

Heath Richter – Project Foreman

Heath has 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He is an excellent equipment operator and is very skilled at mechanical repairs. Tim is proficient in all phases of trenching, rocksawing, pulling, and fiber blowing.
